The Chef and The Wife is a family-built business founded by Chef Jaime Amaya and Jennifer Amaya, who brought their talents and experience from New York to Georgia. With over 12 years of experience in Modern American cuisine, Chef Jaime’s cooking reflects the influence of New York kitchens, refined French technique, and the passion for flavor first inspired by his grandmother. Because, as he says, “it’s all about the flavor.” Jennifer, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC with a degree in jewelry design, brings a creative eye to every event through thoughtful décor and floral design that transforms spaces into unforgettable experiences. At the heart of their business are the values that guide everything they do: humility, a deep love for their family, and immense pride in building their business from the ground up together. Their journey reflects hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for serving their community with both exceptional food and beautiful presentation.
